Scope of Services

Azlan Tours & Travels Ltd operates as an accredited travel management agency in Bangladesh. We provide online and offline interfaces for flight reservations, hotel bookings, holiday packages, and visa application support (including USA, UK, Canada, Japan, South Korea, etc.). While we facilitate these bookings through global distribution networks and official authorities, our service delivery is dependent on third-party providers such as commercial airlines, hotel operators, and foreign embassies.

Flight Tickets & Airfare Policy

All flight bookings made through our platform or corporate desk are subject to the specific terms, conditions, and fare rules of the respective operating airline.

Fare Fluctuations: Live airfares change rapidly due to airline demand. A fare quote is only guaranteed once full payment is verified and the electronic ticket (e-ticket) is successfully issued.
Baggage Allowances: It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to cross-check and comply with the dynamic baggage policies of each airline on their route.
No-Show Policy: Failing to board a flight without a confirmed cancellation in advance will be marked as a “No-Show” by the airline, which often results in the absolute forfeiture of the ticket value.

Visa Processing & Consultation Disclaimer

Azlan Tours & Travels Ltd provides professional profile assessment, document sorting, form fulfillment, and itinerary planning to maximize your visa success rate.

No Guarantee of Approval: The absolute authority to grant or deny a visa rests entirely with the respective foreign embassies, consulates, and immigration officers. Azlan Tours & Travels Ltd cannot, under any circumstances, guarantee a 100% visa approval.
Document Authenticity: Clients must provide authentic, legitimate, and accurate documents (such as bank statements, trade licenses, and job details). Submitting forged records will result in an immediate cancellation of services and potential blacklisting by foreign missions.

Cancellation, Refunds & Date Modification

Our booking alterations and refund protocols are strictly aligned with the terms enforced by our vendor partners and airlines.

Airline Fees & Service Penalty: Any ticket re-issue, date change, or absolute cancellation request will attract standard airline penalties along with a custom agency processing fee from Azlan Tours & Travels Ltd.
Non-Refundable Payments: Standard embassy visa fees (such as the US MRV fee), platform charges (such as VFS Global or KVAC fees), and specialized holiday package advance deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once processed.
Refund Processing Timeline: Authorized refunds are processed securely and may take between 7 to 14 working days to be credited back to your original source of payment, depending on bank regulations.

Travel Documentation & Health Regulations

It is the absolute duty of the traveler to ensure all necessary travel documents are legally compliant before takeoff:

Passport Validity: Your primary passport must have at least 6 months of validity remaining from your targeted date of entry into a destination country.
Transit Visas: Travelers must verify if transit visas are mandatory for multi-city connection routes or layovers.
Health Declarations: You must check and comply with any regional medical certificates, vaccination protocols, or country-specific health declarations where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Azlan Tours & Travels Ltd will not be held liable or financially responsible for unexpected disruptions, losses, structural changes, or delayed arrivals caused by factors beyond our reasonable execution control. These include flight delays, cancellations, baggage damage, weather conditions, political strikes, global pandemics, or sudden modifications in embassy visa regulations. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard your journeys.

Intellectual Property Rights

The corporate logo, website layout, customized imagery, textual content blocks, and functional digital assets displayed on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Azlan Tours & Travels Ltd. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of any element without explicit written permission from our board is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and constructed in absolute compliance with the active laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal conflicts, claims, or systemic disagreements arising from our services shall be processed exclusively through the authorized courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
