Basic information

🔹 General Requirements (For All Applicants):

  1. Valid Passport: Original passport with at least 7 months validity from the intended date of travel. All previous old passports must be submitted.

  2. Digital Photograph: Two (2) recent color photos taken within the last 6 months. Size: 2″ x 2″ (50mm x 50mm) on a matte finish with a solid white background (no borders, no smiling, ears clearly visible).

  3. National ID & Birth Certificate: Clear photocopy of NID card and English-translated Birth Certificate.

  4. Financial Capability: Original Personal Bank Statement for the last 6 months along with a Bank Solvency Certificate showing healthy transaction history.

  5. Tax Records: Updated TIN Certificate and Income Tax Assessment Certificate including Return Submission Receipts for the last 3 years.

  6. Property & Asset Valuation: Documentation or professional evaluation of local property/assets (if applicable) to prove strong economic ties to Bangladesh.

  7. Civil Status Documents: Marriage Certificate / Nikahnama (if traveling with spouse) translated and notarized in English.

  8. Visiting Card: Two (2) copies of official or business visiting cards.

🔹 If Business Owner (Self-Employed):

  1. Trade License: Valid up-to-date Trade License (Notarized English translation is mandatory).

  2. Company Stationery: Official Company Letterhead pad for writing the Visa Forwarding Letter.

  3. Corporate Financials: Company Corporate Bank Statement for the last 6 months along with a Bank Solvency Certificate.

  4. Corporate Registration: Memorandum of Article / Incorporation Certificate (Only for Limited Companies).

🔹 If Employee (Job Holder):

  1. No Objection Certificate (NOC): Original NOC or Leave Sanction Letter from the employer stating designation, salary, duration of employment, and purpose of travel.

  2. Official Identification: Copy of Office ID Card or Visiting Card.

  3. Salary Proof: Official Salary Certificate and Bank Statement showing monthly salary deposits for the last 6 months.

    • Visa Category: Tourist (B2) / Business (B1) Non-Immigrant Visa

    • Online DS-160 Form: Every applicant must accurately complete the online DS-160 application form. Azlan Tours & Travels will assist in filling out this critical profile safely.

    • Appointment Scheduling: Once the embassy MRV visa fee is activated, we will schedule your biometric and visa interview appointment based on slot availability.

    • Accommodation & Logistics: Pre-booked flight itinerary and verifiable hotel reservation matches corresponding directly to your travel timeline.

Processing Time

  • Profile Preparation Time: 2 to 3 working days (Form filling and document organizing by Azlan Travel Desk).

  • Embassy Processing Window: The decision regarding your visa approval is delivered instantly at the counter at the end of your scheduled US Embassy interview.

  • Passport Delivery: If approved, your passport will be delivered to the designated courier collection center within 3 to 5 working days following the interview.

  • Important Guideline: Due to unpredictable appointment slot availability, we strongly encourage clients to process their applications at least 4 to 6 months prior to their target departure.
